BRAWO® SYSTEMS has successfully completed the comprehensive test programme specified by the German Institute for Structural Engineering (Deutsche Institut für Bautechnik (DIBt)) and extended its approval for the underground installation sector. The approved nominal diameter range was extended to DN 400 by the incorporation of the BRAWOLINER® 3D DN 300 – 400 and the use of the two resins, BRAWO® AC and BRAWO® TC, was approved. The extended approval is valid until 1 July 2025.
The German Institute for Structural Engineering (DIBt) awards around 3.000 national building inspection approvals for construction products and types of construction every year. For the extended DIBt approval for BRAWOLINER® (Z-42.3-362), a comprehensive test programme was successfully completed, during which the installation of the BRAWOLINER® 3D DN 300 – 400 and the use of the two resins, BRAWO® AC and BRAWO® TC, were tested. Both the 3D liner and the two resins were included in the approval. Technically this was changed to “General building approval / General type approval”. The extended approval is valid until 1 July 2025.
